Shoulder Anatomy

This is a basic diagram of the Shoulder focusing on the Rotator Cuff.

The rotator cuff muscles include the subscapularis in the front, the Supraspinatus at the top of the humeral head and then infraspinatus and infraspinatus around the back of the humeral head.

The rotator cuff keeps  the humeral head centred on the glenoid (in the joint) during movement.
